Visa without limit of stay – is a work visa.

It is issued for 1 or 3 years

This visa allows you to stay in Russia for the whole period of the visa - 1 or 3 years.

No limit of stay is applicable for this visa.

This is a multi-entry visa.
Ie number of entries and exits is unlimited.

Processing time for this visa invitation is 5 weeks.

To obtain a work visa you are required the original Letter of Invitation and a HIV Test Certificate.

No other additional supporting documents are required.

Exam on the Russian language is not required.

Also, this visa allows you to work in the host company.
But that's exactly right, not an obligation.
